App doesn’t work when connected to wifi
First I thought it was my wifi problem but realized thats the case when I connect to any wifi. It just shows the ujjivan logo when i launch the app for a few seconds and then says Network Error, could not connect to the server. It works fine on mobile data. But doesn’t work when connected to wifi.

One of the worst and slowest banking app
I am using almost 5 bank apps and haven’t seen such useless and pathetic slow app. Either use some good brains to develop new app or please upgrade your servers. Most slow and outdated app, whenever I try to delete some 2-3 beneficiaries from this app then that time turns into an big night mare. If you try to login or change PIN then surely your 10-15 minutes will be wasted. Maximum time get error message of patchy network, god know this mere app needs NASA network to run.

After enter otp no option to move to next page
Does the developers even once checked if the app works or not ??? How can a banking app be so worst that it doesn’t have options to move to next pages while installing the app. After reaching the enter OTP page, the page for installing the app just gets stuck on that page, neither there is any option to go further nor it automatically moves to next page after entering the otp. Wonder if I did a mistake to open an NRE account in an small finance bank!!!!!
