I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received regarding my recent order .Problem: I ordered two plants, but after a full month, I have still only received one. The second plant is undelivered, and there has been no communication or update from your side.Lack of Support: The most frustrating aspect has been the complete absence of customer support. There appears to be no reliable way to contact a representative for assistance through your application, leaving me with no resolution for a missing item.This has been a very poor customer experience. I would like a refund for the undelivered plant immediately, and I hope you will address the significant gap in your customer service.

I ordered a painting through this app, and it has been over two weeks, but I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, the order has been marked as delivered in the app even though it was never delivered to me.I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer support, but the app only connects me to an AI chatbot, with no option to speak to a human representative. This has been extremely frustrating, and there has been no resolution to my issue.This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expect an immediate investigation into my order and either a proper delivery or a full refund.

I ordered 3 bedroom mats on October 25, and this has been the worst shopping experience ever. Varee kept showing fake delivery attempts even though I was available every single time. I raised 4–5 tickets, and every time their support had the same useless line: “Please wait 24 hours.” Nothing changed. No update, no action, no accountability.I even contacted their delivery partner DTDC, and they were equally clueless with zero resolution.And today 18th nov, without informing me, without even trying to deliver properly, they had the audacity to mark my order as Return to Origin. Absolutely unacceptable.This app has pathetic customer service, irresponsible logistics, and zero transparency. They waste your time, your money, and your patience.Do yourself a favour and avoid Varee. They cannot be trusted to deliver even the simplest order.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Whoever is reading this review I’m telling you to please be beware of this fraudulent app. They take the money upfront but don’t deliver the product and even after cancellation don’t issue a refund also. I still didn’t receive my refund. This app doesn’t have any functional customer service, like you can’t speak with anyone for your queries. You’ll be just directed to some AI generated call or text. Save yourself the headache and order from some other reputable shopping app.
