Worst after sales experience. My AC is not working since 13 days and there is no response from Voltas after the representative visit. That too after paying advance.

There is no provision of new sign up so how does one know his user name and password for sign in.
This from house of Tatas who have TCS as a group company and yet can’t develop a simple app.
