I have been using exitel from 2016 never ever got disconnected except 5-6 times in these 9 years. The service compared to the big gaints like jio amd airtel in our locality Exitel is the best broadband service one can get… we are a total work from home couple and believe me we are doing a sales oriented profile none of our colleague’s have this kind of speed and service in our organisation. All our colleagues always asked about our broadband because we are too fast to lock leads. Thanks once again to the team excitel you guys are perfect example of super customer satisfaction value for money company. Maybe one day Excitel will lead the broadband sector. I have been using Excitel for around 2 years. Initially the service was good. But since last 6-7 months, it has given me nothing but headaches. Internet connection is way too unstable and wobbly with frequent disconnections. I had to call them several times every day for a month to just get the modem changed. If Internet is gone in your area due to some technical issue, it can take up to 3-4 days to get resolved despite putting repeated complaints on the app.In addition, u need to call them also reminding them of the ticket raised. Otherwise, no one to come to resolve the issue. In fact, many times I need to call them multiple times just for a single issue. And trust me, I don’t call them before 24 hours have exceeded my ticket. On top of that, all that customer service people at call centre do is tell you that they have escalated your issue. That’s it. They will say that they have no communication with the ground team. All they can do is escalate the issue at their end. So, yes, the customer service is extremely extremely poor.

Three days passed away. I am continuously calling Mr Ajay Yadav due to his negligence. He is not taking care of my account. I am regularly complaining him that I am not receiving any Internet facility and he is making me fool from full two days dead. We are assigning somebody for your connection. Internet connection. We are assigning somebody and also I am complaining same, giving complaint to my registered portal in the mobile myExcitel app same complaint. I provided their, but no action has been taken till dated. I have got lost due to non-Internet facility available of ₹1,00,00 kindly compensate one lakh rupees, because I am completely dependent on Internet facility , and due to your non-Internet providing to me, I have got loss of one lakh rupees, kindly reimburse the same as soon as possible. We are continuously complaining for the Internet problem. Since the since I have taken connection of Exide, you you are poorest, poorest beggar idiots, rascal, you all are rascals idiots , you are Just harassing us. Worst services of you. There is no level for the customer satisfaction in your in your company. I will also complain to try and every government authority and to the social media for the cancellation of license of Internet provider for you, and I will make sure that you will, you should be charged with highest penalty from try for not providing the services on time to the customer , you are just making fool idiots rascal due to your activity. I have got loss of ₹1,00,00 rupees today remembers the same otherwise stay. I will take highest strict action against you and I will drag you in the court at consumer forum. I’ve had the misfortune of using this internet service, and I can confidently say it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s been over 15 days without a working connection, despite having made full advance payment. Shockingly, the company has made it clear that no refunds will be issued—even if the connection is surrendered due to non-functionality.The customer service is a joke. Every call feels like talking to a robot reading from a script, with no real intention of resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the ground team is outsourced and completely unaccountable. They’ve even had the audacity to tell me outright that I’m free to complain because they "don’t care" and are "untouchable."This isn’t just bad service—it’s blatant disregard for customers. I wouldn’t recommend this provider to my worst enemy. I sincerely hope more people become aware of their unethical practices so they can be held accountable. Steer clear of this service unless you enjoy frustration, wasted money, and zero support.
