Excellent connectivity and customer service

I have been using Excitel since last 3 years. The speed and connectivity is excellent. I have had very few connectivity issues and most times they have got these resolved in less than 4 hours. You have a wide range of plans to choose from at very affordable price.

Worst

the service is very very very worst! Never take connection from Excital! You’ll regret it later! Service is worst! You should choose local net provider than this fraud company! At the time of connect they will promise you hell lot of things but after you pay them! You are into the trapp and you get very bad service! You net will be not there for like 6-7 days monthly and they will not call you for any help and if you’ll call them for like 10-20 time then they will only say we have accelerated your request on top priority and it will be solved asap! But this asap (as soon as possible) never comes! You’ll keep on calling again n again and explain again again the situation after waiting for like 10-15 mins on call coz they show they are busy and after connecting call then they say will solve it but they will not solve it and everyone have that same dialogue!

**"Frustrating Experience with Excitel: Poor Service and No Resolution"**

I have been facing no internet connection for the past three days. After raising a complaint, no solution has been provided by Excitel. Even when I called after three days, their executive told me that my ticket had not yet been assigned to the ground team. How can a complaint made three days ago still not be assigned? This shows how bad the service from Excitel is. Due to this great service, I have decided to terminate my service with Excitel. Although I have 30 days of service left, I don't want to use their Wi-Fi anymore. I will also suggest to everyone on every platform not to use Excitel's service if they need a reliable internet connection for work.
