Fraud organization

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Excitel, an internet provider company. I have been experiencing issues with my internet connection for the past 10 days and have been trying to reach out to customer service for assistance.
Unfortunately, every time I call, I am met with unhelpful and unresponsive customer service representatives. They seem to have no sense of urgency to resolve my issue and are unable to provide any useful solutions. I have been on hold for long periods of time like this team has all the time in this mail to world and have been transferred to multiple representatives without any resolution.
I have also tried reaching out to their customer service through email and online chat, but have received the same lack of assistance. It's very frustrating that a company that provides a service as essential as internet connection can be so negligent in addressing and resolving customer issues. I have yet to have my issue resolved and would not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise you to avoid Excitel at all costs. They are unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive. I give them a 1 star rating even after disconnection & surrendering all equipment they have not refunded my security from last 7 months,
If we would not deposit bill on time these companies charges panelty but not refunding security from more than 7 months are OK for these guys .

Complaint Regarding Exitel App Services

I have been experiencing a persistent problem with the Exitel app, which simply refuses to open on my device. This has severely hindered my ability to manage and monitor my account, and I find it incredibly inconvenient. I rely on the app to stay updated on my usage, recharge my account, and access other essential features. The continuous malfunction of the app has become a source of frustration for me.
Furthermore, and even more distressing, is the fact that my internet connection has been down for the past three days. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for work, this disruption has significantly impacted my professional commitments. I have attempted to reach out to the local service personnel multiple times, but unfortunately, my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning, and it reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided by Exitel.
Adding to my dismay, despite having completed a six-month recharge, I find myself in a situation where the service I have paid for is not being delivered as promised. I believe it is unacceptable for a service provider to fail in delivering on their commitment, especially when customers have invested their time and money in good faith.
