TGSPDCL 4+

In earlier app version we have the option pay bills of multiple usc numbers with out entering details every time. Please restore the same

After the new TGSPCL application is available, we are not able to see multiple USC at once and there amount due to be paid. If we have to pay every time we have to enter the USC and email and make the payment. If this is the way what is the difference between the app and website. This days the hard copy of electricity notice is not given inspite of paying ₹100 to ₹150 as customers charges. If this is the case every month we have to enter the USC details and check the payment details. I would request the developers to provide a solution for this issue

1. Lot of work required to make this app smooth in using. Billing ledger is incomplete and it needs to be in descending order, which will ensure latest transaction details on top and can be seen easily.

2. Multiple USC is not supported

3. SMS of billing amount is not working. Earlier it was easy to take note of when bill was generated and by how much as soon billing gentleman generated bill at the site.

4. Ease of use - earlier registering in bill payment section of bank taken care of standing instructions, which enabled consumer to pay money on time and govt., too received money on time seamlessly, this is missing now - this is a show stopper.

5. Unable to understand, why there is transaction fee for using credit card, Net-banking etc., more burden to consumers.
