Want to use practical connectivity features in your Volkswagen*, but don’t have We Connect or Car-Net in your vehicle? No problem. Together with our DataPlug**, the ‘We Connect Go’ app connects you instantly with your new vehicle or model from 2008 onwards. That’s plug and play connectivity from Volkswagen.
An overview of the benefits for you:
- Display various vehicle data, warning symbols and upcoming service intervals
- Volkswagen authorised workshops, appointment scheduling and navigation are just a click away
- Greater safety in an emergency thanks to direct contact with the national 24-hour breakdown service or the Volkswagen service hotline
- Digital tools such as a fuel monitor or electronic logbook with automatic recording and export function
- Drive more efficiently and save fuel with statistics, driving style analysis and challenges
Download the free app, simply insert the DataPlug into your vehicle’s diagnostic connection, register in the app and connect your smartphone to your Volkswagen via Bluetooth.
Please note that the app “We Connect Go” is being shut down. It will then no longer be possible to use the app. More details on the shutdown can be found in your We Connect Go app. We wish you all the best and safe and happy driving.

Lot of bugs nowadays
I’m facing many issues with this application now.
1. VW connect device is not connecting automatically.
2. Inside application, if I choose the home icon, it is not redirecting to the homepage.
3. After entering the refuelling information, it is not coming to the back. Stays in the same page irrespective of any option I tried to use.
4. During a trip, sometimes a part of journey is not recorded.

Make a Live tracking..
The app I so good at working..,But., make the live tracking without connecting the app in the car..If any one took and go the car. We want to choose an idea that car was at some place.. Please make it the live tracking like Suzuki connect etc.,

Fantastic App
It is simply boosting me to become a more disciplined driver and helps protecting environment. I think more exciting data can be shared with customers as OBD device connected to the car will make it possible.
