I have been using whatsApp business for years. I have 2 suggestions 1). Kindly increase group participants count to at-least 5000. For a business platform, 1024 is too low.. 2). It will be very helpful if a short sticky note can be added to our message body which can only be viewed by the sender. So that, while sending a msg, if there is anything to be remembered by the sender which is important and confidential related to that particular msg can be mentioned in that sticky note. So later it can be get noticed easily later. “Recipient shouldn’t have even a clue about this. Strictly viewable for senders only” Thanks

I’ve installed app to use it for my work purpose as I work in company and I want separate number to use it for professional use, but the number showing banned for second day only and it’s been very difficult to recover it. For 3/4 days I’m contacting support team but I’ve not got any resolve from them . I’ve taken this number only for my professional use and given the same number to all my colleagues and manager and my clients but now it’s been 4 days I’m not using Wats app and all updates I’m not getting. Changing number is also been difficult .
Kindly be very careful while using this app . First instal and use it if everything goes well only then give number to others Orelse I’m sure you will face very bad situation in your workplace and will loose all your professional contacts through Wats app and your business may go down or face loss coz of this app where there is no proper resolution given .
Support team is worst here.
How many times your provide the answer they will keep On asking the same question in every mail . I think they are not that much educated to read the message.

I am very much disappointed and my both the business numbers are banned when I contact the customer support they told me that they have received a large number of complaints it seems, I don’t know why, when I asked for the proof they resend the same mail and after that no response. Is this the way to treat your users?

Since I am in the service industry there ll be a happy clients as well as unhappy clients also I do run ads and of course I get lots of unwanted calls and messages as an entrepreneur I can do the filtration n unwanted messages n clients I can block them to avoid getting the repeated messages . Is that a crime? I am not understanding, and I clearly mentioned in my mail that my business is completely depand on this social media and this is my official number , how can I misuse this number? Or if I do any illegal activities I can understand but I am 101% sure that I didn’t do anything illegal or against the rules , I am expecting a reply n soulution from the authorities and expecting that you ll check do the needful allow me to use ur services asap
