Just the best bank in UAE currently! Hands down!!!

I can’t write a review worthy enough to justify the awesomeness of this Amazing bank! This bank has simply sorted my life out in dubai for so many reasons. Till I started with WIO I was super fed up and annoyed with every other bank I have dealt with in UAE. Now with WIO I never face any issues whatsoever with my banking, be it personal or my business account. The app is super easy to use and navigate. The transfer rates are the best in UAE. The speed of transactions are far far far more faster than any one other bank. I am so used to this bank now that I just can’t shift to any other bank ever!

What a digital way of banking

Was worried about opening a business bank account , i approached lot of agents , all charging very high , i tried my self a study and come across wio , spend 2 hours in this at night and morning i got message your application approved , within 2 days will get my debit card and cheque book , what a simple way of banking in uae , love it . This is the future of banking , kudos to all wio team .

Hi, I’m writing this review after using the WIO app for 4months. undoubtedly it is a best option for small enterprises and medium enterprises. Transfer are quick and rates of charges are also reasonable. But I have issue with their support team which really needs to improve. Their response are very slow and poor. After so many follow-ups they took 20-25 days to resolve the matters of money transfer but not received by client. they have not even added few countries so I can’t trade with my supplier coz I can’t make payments to them through WIO bank. Lastly, If they can improve their whatsapp and email response quick they can be the best bank in UAE.
