We invested in Workpex CRM expecting a stable and feature-rich solution, but our experience has been disappointing.The sales process focused heavily on the pain points businesses face with other CRMs, promising a simple and effective system. However, after implementation, we found the platform to be overly complex in several areas and still appears to be in a testing or development stage.Some of the major challenges we faced:• Frequent errors and bugs affecting daily operations.• Missing essential features, including limited or no proper product management options.• Several workflows are incomplete or not user-friendly.• Technical issues that require repeated follow-ups for resolution.• The system does not yet feel mature enough for businesses that depend on CRM reliability.As a result, we spent significant time and money trying to make it work. Eventually, we decided to move to GetLead CRM, which offered the features we needed at nearly half the cost.Every business has different requirements, but based on our experience, I would recommend requesting a detailed demo, testing all critical workflows, and validating feature availability before making a long-term commitment.
