Set up in 2001 by British Gas as Iqara Broadband, YOU Broadband India Limited (formerly known as YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd.) is now a subsidiary of Vodafone India Ltd.

YOU Broadband is a category 'A' ISP and India's first ISO accredited broadband service provider. One of the leading independent ISPs in India, YOU offers high-speed Internet and voice services through various state-of-the-art delivery platforms to residential, SME and corporate customers in 18 cities. As a part of its growth plans, YOU is rapidly expanding its presence in other cities across the country.

YOU Broadband offers high-speed data and voice services through the Internet. Primarily, it offers high-speed Internet services to residential, corporate and SME customers. For corporate and SME customers YOU offers dedicated leased line to enable them to send huge amounts of data. First Broadband operator in India to offer 200 Mbps to homes.

Very Unhappy with YouBroadband

Am soo soo unhappy with your service. I am an old loyal customer, but since August this year your service has gone pathetic even my edge network is faster than your broadband !
I feel so cheated I have paid for an yearly package and now I am getting pathetic broadband speed and o can’t go anywhere.

What’s surprising is that all through lockdown the service was first class with no issues and now when things have opened, the service has become pathetic.
Your service people are rude and make it look like it’s my fault if I complain! They never have any solution for the problem. If network is down from your end there is no information in advance or that something is wrong.

Poor service for customer care

I bought a 200mbps plan which is expensive. While I was buying it there was no such thing that said 200mbps would only be recede by LAN connection, yet upon inquiry on why I was only getting 100mbps, the technicians claimed that 200 mbps plan is only on LAN connections. I know this was not true because my Playstation was connected by LAN, yet I was still only getting 100mbps on it as well. I let this slide and the next time I was about to buy a 100mbps plan when the technician claimed I’d be able to get up to 150mbps if I bought a new router. And after buying the plan he told me that I’d need to buy the router separately, it wouldn’t be provided by the company.

Apart from this, I have also been experiencing high in-game latency in Fortnite since 2 months now, but even after complaining so many times it hasn’t been fixed yet. One technician told me he’ll come and fix it to me on Thursday. It is now the Wednesday of the following week and yet I haven’t heard from him.

Overall I want to say that they have very poor customer care and any person thinking of switching would be better off either with Airtel V-Fibre or Jio Fibre.

Easily the worst, irresponsible service provider

Ever since the takeover of You Broadband by Vodafone, services, customer care & attitude have gone only one way, South!

Other than taking money like beggars, they just disappear. There is no service for days (hours cumulated) and money is charged for the same. And the customer care helpline is manned by cyber organisms with no brains. Hence they keep repeating ‘we understand your problem’ when they don’t understand s*^t. And they keep offering a generic email id to write to from which, there is no response, ever. Another tick in the box mechanism that You has is ‘sms feedback’, a bloody waste of time. And the management is a congregation of spineless slime who don’t have the guts to face the customer.

Jio having kicked them in the nuts with superior service at lower costs, these guys are desperately battling to survive and the customer is their scapegoat. No service, no customer service, no accountability, no responsibility... Soon no You broadband! Would love to see the faces of the spineless slime management on that day
