I open the app and something went wrong pops up. I press retry but its the same thing again and again.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. We are in the midst of a system upgrade and all app services are down temporarily. Upgrades are expected to end before 3 August 09:00 (SGT).
However, payment and overseas ATM withdrawals with the YouTrip card will not be affected. Once all maintenance works are completed, we’ll surely update our users ASAP via Twitter and YouTrip app.

Lousy App
Worst app ever used in SG. The minute i submit a message for request of status since i have not received update for more than a few weeks, app suddenly closes. No service request or ticket number is there. This is despite updating to latest version. Not expected from SG based app.
