When we try to process the order via net banking and for some reason cancel the payment and try to return back to the payment page to either change the payment or or anything, the shopping cart gets cleared and orders come in pend Ng payment. When we try to make the payment and if the product is the last product then it does not let the user process the payment for that product in the mobile app. Whereas the same thing is possible online on the desktop version on the website.
Please rectify the same. Else everything is nice.
Zara customer service have so much of attitude
I have requested a return from their app and a courier guy comes and collect the pick-up at my location and after a month or so I still haven’t received my re-fund and went I call the customer service they said they have not initiated any pick-up and yet the courier boy knows went I stay and have all the information amount the return package that I have requested from Zara and went I asked them for help and suggest they are not willing to help. I asked them how did the courier boy know about my return package request they ignored the question I asked them and they just hang up one me ... is this the way to treat a customer ???
Zara being a big brand and their customer service Center have so much of attitude... with a attitude voice the supervisor he just hang up the call ...
How can anybody trust them if they can give information to any people to collect the package and say they have not initiated any return pick-up and now I don’t have the packages with me nor do I have my refund.
Horrible return service.
I don’t know what type of courier service Zara is using but one thing I know is that it’s horrible.
I asked for a product to be returned and called customer care three times to make sure that the product is picked up by the courier service but no one from the courier service contacted me even after a week! The customer care always said they’d make my pick up a priority but no one seems to care after the phone call because well, no one actually turned up at my doorstep to pick up the product.
If a lot of people are having trouble with returns and Zara customer care also say that the courier people have not responded to their request for a pick up of the product, shouldn’t they be considering using another/BETTER courier service? I love Zara and the app but the courier service is really a turn off. Never ordering online from ZARA again!!! I suggest people to look at the clothes via the app and going to the store to buy it.
