I don’t think they should really keep an app . Though the app usability and is designed great but when you order stuff, especially perfumes.. the packaging is really really bad and they send damaged products and to top it they have a non return policy for it!!! So you are stuck with it!!
I have been a Zara customer and really like it’s products... but my online experience has been worse...I have ordered perfume twice at home first time the packaging was so bad all drenched. But still it was for my fiancé so it was fine. But the second time I ordered thinking that now they must have improved, and I really wished to gift it to someone and I received a very shabby package with colour chipped of from the bottle cap and the packaging was just so shabby and torn. Really if this is what they do when we ask them to home deliver it ... I really feel it’s better to go and purchase atleast there they won’t scam you.

Please make the effort to shop at the store. Zara India’s Customer service is absolutely pathetic online. They gave me an extremely poor quality product which chipped on the first wear. There had been no water damage or there wasn’t any reason at all for them to chip off. When I reached out to the customer service, they asked me to send the product back and said the refund details will be emailed in 5-8 days. On the 9th day I reached out, they told me it’s under review and they will reach out in 24-48 hours.
The third day after the window I texted again and I got the same response. Then I reached out on for the third time and then they’re like it’s damaged and not covered in our return policy. DUDE, THAT IS THE REASON IT WAS SENT BACK. BECAUSE IT IS DAMAGED AFTER ONE WEAR. I wasn’t even asking for a refund only thag they exchange the shoe to a better quality product. It was a 18 day venture for no result. For a big brand, they’re awfully reluctant to stand by their products.
I remember my mom had a similar experience with guess bag 7 years back. They owned up to the quality of the product and replaced it. That’s how it should be.

I haven’t been a review person, infact this is the first review I’m dropping but if you’re reading this, PLEASE DONT SHOP ONLINE. I bought an expensive product on a student budget and this is my reward.

This app and also their website really need work! Everything I open, crashes. I tried to open my purchases and track, it says “something has gone wrong. Please try again later”
I tried the chat feature to chat with customer service, first it never connect me to an agent. And then when it couldn’t connect me, the app decided the chat has been dormant and just shut the chat. Then I tried 3-4 times again and it finally connected me to an agent. I have my order no. And my problem, and then the agent stopped replying. I am asking “are you there?” But the app decided the chat had been dormant and shut the chat. I was still there! The agent wasn’t. And so goes the saga of Zara’s terrible customer service.
In a time when everyone is going to be shopping online, this app and website are full of glitches. And you’re going to loose a lot of customers. Such a terrible user interface. It’s sad really.
