Dear Developer, I am writing to inform you about an issue I am facing with my recently purchased Amazfit Pop 3S watch. I am a dedicated Strava user, and it has come to my attention that my Amazfit Pop 3S is not currently compatible with syncing fitness activity data on Strava through the Zepp Active app. I value the convenience of having my fitness data seamlessly integrated into the Strava platform, which is essential for my training routines and overall fitness tracking. However, due to the current compatibility issue, I am unable to sync my activity data from the Amazfit Pop 3S to Strava effectively. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It would greatly enhance my user experience if the necessary steps could be taken to ensure that Amazfit Pop 3S users can sync their fitness activity data with Strava via the Zepp active app. I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and kindly request an update on the progress of resolving this compatibility concern. Though it is connected the data Zepp active sends is not accurate for eg if I burn 500 kcal, Apple Health only shows 30 or 40 kcal from Zepp data. I tried everything to make it sync, please look into it developers.

I am adding one more star for the dedication the Team is showing in providing regular updates and adding new watch faces as well. We buy Amazfit products only because of the trust we have on this brand. Glad that the Team is standing by that reliability. But, I felt bad when I haven’t received even a courtesy response from the developers for my previous review asking for improvements and sharing my suggestions. Here, once again I am asking for some improvements which will be very helpful. Hoping I will get some reaction this time. 1. Try to give smart always on display as an additional option. So that always on display can be always on when the watch is tied on the wrist. 2. Extend system sounds for drink water reminder and idle reminder rather than only vibration 3. Option to edit Home Screen shortcuts and default exercise list. Thank you.
