I’ve been using the Amazfit Active 2 for a a week now, and I have to say—it’s absolutely amazing! I’m completely in love with this smartwatch and the Zepp app that powers it. Today, I went for a long walk and clocked about 6.68 km, and I was super satisfied with the results! The GPS tracking was spot-on with accurate distance, pace, and route mapping. Heart rate monitoring felt precise throughout, and seeing all the detailed stats sync seamlessly to the Zepp app made it even better. The app is fantastic—easy to navigate, full of insightful health data like sleep tracking, recovery scores, and workout summaries. It’s motivating to see everything laid out so clearly. Highly recommend.

Love the app, alongside my Amazfit gts2 watch but it needs more integration to export and import data from other measuring scales and devices and apps. Overall good start ! After 1 year of use - fantastic app ! Thanks Got my Amazfit band 7 tis month - just superb with Zepp aap though wanted a bigger display !! Got all models - Amazfit pop 2 , pop3r, POP3’s & Gtr2 new version. Just falling in love with these fabulous products and app design from Amazfit ! Kudos !
Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service – Avoid Amazfit

I’ve had my Amazfit GTR 4 for just 2 years, and the crown button has already stopped working. But the real shock came when I tried to get help from Amazfit’s customer support – and I use the term “support” very loosely.Their WhatsApp support is beyond unprofessional. They can’t even respond in basic, coherent English, consistently dodge questions, and take 2–3 days to respond at their convenience, if at all. It feels like they’ve outsourced support to people who have no idea what they’re doing – or simply don’t care.Phone support is a joke. Calls either don’t connect, or when they do, they’re rudely disconnected mid-conversation. No apology, no solution – just complete disregard. As for their email support? Non-existent. You’ll be lucky to get a generic, copy-pasted reply (if you get one at all).It’s crystal clear that Amazfit is completely unwilling to engage in even the most basic level of customer communication. Forget empathy or solutions – you’ll be fighting just to get a simple acknowledgment.It’s unacceptable that a premium smartwatch breaks down in just two years and the company acts like your issue doesn’t exist. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Amazfit unless you want to deal with a product that doesn’t last and a support team that’s worse than useless.

Hi, I really liked overall experience of the smartwatch and Zepp app. I have been using apple watch from last 5 years and switched to this one after ages. I am surprised to see lot of features and good custom faces ( hope to get few more designs ). I am dissatisfied with the way syncing works on this watch especially for your widgets on iphone don’t get sync automatically and everytime you have to open the app. You cannot add any new phone apps on the smartwatch too. Would request you to add these features in future updates and it can really become one of the top selling watches.
