It’s time that global companies regardless of the industry are they operate in take some time to understand how amazingly Zoho manages “Customer Support” and “App Ecosystem”.

Each customer support call they ensure issues are addressed and closed. For almost every aspect of normal life there is an “app” unless you are into fundamental research.

Zoho should be the first lesson for every CEO and CXO on how to treat a customer and make customers life easy. Great insights can be leaned by students and aspiring tech startups.

Please don’t go and blindly sign up for the Tech Giants without understanding what value Zoho can offer at similar price or lower.

Slow Software

Guys, it s very very slow while using it, i bought it and i feel like i wasted my money on it. Everytime we need download a new file to use it, let says if i want transfer a file another connected pc then i hve to download another instance and that s quite slow, slowness will break your head and patience.
My suggestion- Please do not waste your money to buy it.
