Pathetic app service
What kind of an web and app service team zoho has. We fix up a meeting date and time. The meeting link is not sent by Zoho meeting team in time and is sent 15 minutes after the meeting start time and customer has to remind them of the meeting and meeting link to be sent and after emailing the reminder meeting link is sent by the team but the meeting is closed within a few mins notifying that the team waited for customer for 20 minutes and customer was unable to reach out to them. Zoho meeting team member Rolance Stevenson behaves like this with his customers. So basically I am quitting Zoho one in India and returning back to my old book keeping and accounting software named Tally Prime. Zoho customer service is humiliating and embarrassing for me. It seems it is a private software for in-house book keeping and accounting for zoho company itself and not for the public. I would suggest any individual or corporation not to buy their software as the customer service has attitude problems and are misbehaving with customers.
