DIGITAL PLANNING
Either import a planner pdf or use the ‘Custom digital planner’ option to create your own. You can configure a planner to show events and reminders from the Calendar and Reminder apps.
SUB-PAGES
This unique feature allows you to use ‘pages within pages’. This allows you to use sticky-notes and enables the creation of hierarchical visual files. You can also insert whole pdf files as sub-pages, or import pages from other ZoomNotes documents into a sub-page.
BOOKMARKS
Bookmarks allow you save views in your documents, and then return to them at a later date. There are animated playback facilities to allow you to present with or to create videos from your document.
LINKS
Add links between pages, and even between documents. This lets you create your own digital planners, enhance imported pdf planners or create indices.
SPLIT_SCREEN
Edit and view two documents side by side (or above and below). You can now also have 2 views of the same document.
CALENDAR EVENTS
Add events/reminders linked to your documents, possibly with alarms. The URL in the event links back to the document in ZoomNotes.
HUGE ZOOM RANGE, WHITEBOARD MODE
Zoom in and out without arbitrary limits including rotated views.
LAYERS
Layers let you control what is visible on a page, also options for 'master layers' which show on all pages.
WRITE OVER PDF FILES

Enter typed text via keyboard; with a wide range of fonts and font sizes, font colours, fills and borders. Text can be entered at all zoom scales and can be selected and moved, scaled and rotated.
RECORD AND PLAYBACK SOUNDS
Including import and export of mp3 files. You can also insert a sound recording on the page to which it relates. Now linked to drawing.
SHARE DOCUMENTS
Share documents as PDF files, images, videos or ZoomNotes documents (via email, iTunes, clipboard, Dropbox, Twitter and Evernote, Airdrop, iCloud Drive and Open in.

The only problem with zoom notes is that it’s hard to understand. In other popular note taking apps, when you open the app, you know what the tools do by looking at them, very little learning to do. ZoomNotes has all the features and even more that I didn’t even think of, please for the next few updates work on the interface (Specifically icons and menu, change menus from drop downs to pop outs wherever necessary like the new notebook drop down and settings drop down ), make it more user friendly without compromising on any existing feature and it will be better than any other note taking app that exists.

I have been using this app since a week and I found some lag while writing in this app using Apple Pencil (1st gen) on my IPad 7th generation. However, There is no such lag found in Notability and GoodNotes applications. I appreciate the usability of the features available in this app but the lagging of writing is not at all appreciable. So please provide suitable update for the same for 7th gen iPad.Update: It is working now seamless after last update...
Need some improvements with layer management

This app has tons of features which are very useful for sketchnoting. Only feature I wish is layer switching while working. One has to open the layer tool ban each time to charge the current layer. If we can make the layer invisible faster by pinning the layer toolbar then we can use this for flashcards. plz provide pin for layer toolbar

+ Very powerful+ Tons of stuff, ways, means to figure out + Love reviewing such an amazing & powerful app +++ SVG export is amazing & done right +++ Export to GIF/Video +/- Once you figure out the app you start expecting these features from/in other apps too- Steep learning curve - fighting to find the time to explore the app let alone review the app * I’m definitely going to find the time for the app & to review the app* this app definitely has negatives but since the app is so powerful & feature rich, I’m not going to remove stars hoping that the developers listen to the users in making their app user-friendly while adding features.
