Bara tala is an interactive, catchy, and fun new way to learn Icelandic. The app is a virtual Icelandic teacher utilizing AI and Icelandic language technology.
With this solution, users can practice conversations in a safe environment. The application can listen to users speak, exercise them in pronunciation, and offer feedback in real time. Included in the app are general courses and work-specific courses, tailored for each company. With Bara tala, you can practice Icelandic wherever and whenever.

-Explore specialized work-specific sentence lists tailored to improve your professional vocabulary, translated in five languages.
-Curate your own collection of personalized sentences by saving or favoriting translations generated by our personal translator, in five different languages.
-Utilize the personal translator to practice any sentence of your choice.
-Enjoy enhanced functionality in the dice feature, allowing users to randomize categories and select specific exercises for practice.
-Easily navigate through courses with the addition of filters on the home page, enabling users to sort between A1 and A2 proficiency levels, as well as choose between generic or work-related courses.
-Track your progress more comprehensively with the inclusion of sentence list progression in your profile.
-5 new work specific courses added to the app: "Umönnun", "Elliheimili", "Vanlíðan", "Sársauki" and "Hjúkrun".
