Its a good app but I can’t make another account

Hi! I can’t get a code to my phone, could anyone help me? Very cool app though

账号问题还有不存在的客服

很容易注册新账号，但是很难连接已有账号。比如用手机号和微信登陆会给两个分开的账号。有一次我用手机号登陆后完全找不到以前一直用的账号，与客服联系好多天都收到一模一样的回复，好像是系统自动回复，完全找不到解决办法！
