Ryanair marketing strategy is HORRIBLE!!! They are allocating seats which are not next to each other on purpose, even though no one has purchased a seat next to me nor my partner yet. So I had to buy a seat for additional £13. They are saying that if we don’t buy seats we might not be sitting next to each other, which was initially planned that we won’t be. I don’t like when companies are playing games like this, why can’t you ask me to pay these £13 from the begging instead of lying that I have a chance to get it for free. I feel humiliated and manipulated. For example easyjet are giving seats for free if there are any left next to the person you’re traveling with. Stop treating your clients like they’re children.
