I am writing to report an issue regarding the communication of the “education / teacher license” for Apple Creator Studio. The wording used in the download and licensing information suggests that the license is available to teachers as a professional category. As a secondary school teacher, I reasonably understood that I was eligible and proceeded with the download and installation during the trial period.Only afterwards did it become clear that eligibility is restricted to users belonging to specific institutional programs or managed education accounts. This requirement is not clearly stated at the beginning of the process and can easily lead teachers to misunderstand their eligibility.I believe the current wording is not sufficiently transparent, because the term “teacher” is used in a general sense while the actual requirement is institutional affiliation within Apple’s education infrastructure.I am not requesting a refund, as no payment has been made. I am simply suggesting that the eligibility conditions be made explicit and visible before download or activation, in order to avoid confusion for education professionals.Thank you for your attention.
