Esperienza gravissima e totalmente inaccettabile.Ho sottoscritto un abbonamento da 20€, convinto che quello fosse il costo del servizio. Nel giro di un solo giorno mi sono ritrovato con ulteriori 120€ addebitati sulla mia carta senza alcun consenso diretto o conferma prima del pagamento.Non ho mai autorizzato esplicitamente questi addebiti extra e non ho ricevuto alcun avviso chiaro che mi informasse che avrei potuto sostenere costi così elevati in così poco tempo.Quando ho contattato l’assistenza, mi è stato semplicemente detto che questi costi erano indicati nei termini di servizio. Tuttavia, nascondere costi importanti nei termini non significa essere trasparenti con i clienti. Un addebito di 120€ in un solo giorno dovrebbe richiedere una conferma chiara e diretta, non essere effettuato automaticamente.Trovo questo comportamento estremamente scorretto e pericoloso per gli utenti, perché consente addebiti elevati senza una reale consapevolezza da parte del cliente.Sconsiglio vivamente l’utilizzo di questo servizio a chiunque non voglia rischiare addebiti improvvisi e non controllati.

It’s a really good app,you can create a site even with all the API’s in literally less then 10 min. I Hope that this app with this Potential is made more powerful every day even if Agent 3 is already a very powerful ai. I’m also a pro customer because I find this app magnificent But it’s a complete rip-off because I pay €30 a month but there is the agent usage that reaches €25 of credits then you pay more money and I also say many others❗️I don’t find the aesthetics of the site magnificent but this is my problem 🤣. We look forward to Agent 4 !!!
