Risposta dello sviluppatore
Hi, due to the nature of iOS, when the Send Anywhere app switches to background mode, the transfer stops. (If you open another app or if the screen is locked when a file is being transferred, transfer stops.) And once it failed to transfer, it can't be resumed. To prevent this, please be careful not to run other apps or lock the screen during the transfer. We are sorry for not being able to be of more help, but we hope you understand.

Risposta dello sviluppatore
Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, there hasn't been the same problem occurred before. We suggest re-installing the latest app to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing and if that does not work, please contact us via [Send Feedback] menu within our app as that provides us more information to work with.
