Fixed:
- Visual artifacts when viewing reactions
- Lecture units with video and attachment would only show one of the two
- Tutors not being able to propose new FAQs
Changed:
- Scores on the dashboard are now shown with up to one decimal accuracy
- When opening a conversation from the "unresolved" section as a tutor, the conversation itself has the unresolved filter applied by default
- Active conversation filters are highlighted more clearly
