CM-99 - Enhances the Enquiry From screen with the following changes: 1. New functionality to allow users to search for companies by customer code. 2. Increasing the width of the company dropdown.

CM-62 - Enhances the CRM Mobility application with adding Service Calls to the Service Job list. CM-64 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility application where the users were getting an error message "can't save ..." while trying to save enquiry, note and to do even though the record was successfully saved resulting in duplicate records. CM-70 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility app where the rental contract details are not populated on clicking a contract number. CM-72 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility application where the currency symbol was not displayed based upon the current locale. CM-78 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility application where the users were not able to save To Do after completing an existing To Do. CM-79 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility application where the users were not able to view pop over that displays contact details. CM-84 - Fixes a performance issue with CRM Mobility application when loading rental contract lines. CM-88 - Fixes an issue with the CRM Mobility application where Maps view where the days since last contacted was not displayed above the marker.

CM-57 Fixes an issue with iPad CRM app where the users were getting 'Can't Save' error while trying to save the contact.  CM-54 Enhances CRM Mobility application by adding Event field into the CRM mobility app. CM-53 Fixes an issue with iPad CRM app where the rental details were not loaded once clicked on a contract on the grid.

Fixes an issue on the iPadApp CRM application where when the KPI chart is loaded for the first time, the Notes option is selected but the graph displays the ToDos data. Fixes an issue on Hire screen where the delivery status was displayed as Undelivered despite the items were delivered. Fixes an issue on the Enquiry Form screen where on saving the record, the Note Created Date was set to the default date instead of the date the note was actually created. Fixes an issue with CRM mobility where the users were getting an error message while trying to save the record on several screens. Fixes an issue on the Rates Calculator screen where the users were getting an error message "Error - cannot save data" while trying to save the record. Fixes an issue on Enquiry screen where the app was undergoing infinite loop while editing an existing record. Fixes an issue with CRM app where the newly added sites were not displayed on the app whereas they were displayed on the enterprise application. Fixes an issue on the app where the countries were populated from the wrong source in the Enterprise database. Enhances Enquiry screen by auto populating current date and time on To Do Due Date and Due Time fields

Fixes an issue on the IPad CRM application Company edit screen to not update type after group is changed. Enhances CRM Mobility by adding a Rental Status filter to the Rental list screen. Enhances CRM mobility by not displaying customers that are inactive in Enterprise. Fixes an issue with CRM Mobility where sites and contacts were not displaying when a company is selected.

Fixes an issue with the application to refresh the company list for the recent activities when selecting a To-Do activity and trying to 'Switch to Company'. Fixes a performance issue in Contract loading Fixes an issue to correctly save Company Region data and Company Classification data. Fixes an issue where users were unable to login after changing their password. Fixes an issue to save the time entered for Notes created from the To Do Edit screen. Also fixes an issue on the Edit Note screen to save Enquiry when saving or creating a note. Fixes an issue where the Enquiry Status field was not being correctly updated in Enterprise in the Enquiry Form and Enquiry Edit screens. Now the Status name will display.

Fixes an issue with the map functionality where all company details were not displayed on the map. Fixes an issue with note not saving with a ToDo is set to completed status. Fixes an issue with KPI where the pie chart was not displaying the correct quantity. Enhances the KPI chart by displaying data only applicable to the loggedin Sales representative. Enhances the KPI chart by displaying the data sorted alphabetically on Note type.

Enhances the CRM iPad app by introducing the following new features. - New Dashboard for KPI’s on note types, - New site map filter to include Main Sites when needed and an "All" option to show both sites and companies, - Added filter for closed enquiries, - My Enquires are now the default filter, - Only shows open enquiries by default, - Rental view now shows equipment location (Site), - Added Created Date field for enquiries, - New map icons for the Company HQ, Main Site and Site, - Map now shows the number of days since a site or company was last visited.

- Enhances the App to support 64bit devices. - Enhances the Enquiry form so that the Enquiry and To-Do details are no longer mandatory, and that the Suburb and Postcode are only mandatory in the Address details. The second change requires updated web services to be deployed to your live environment before the functionality is enabled. This will be done on a by-request basis. If you would like this functionality please let us know and we will arrange for the new web services to be deployed. Note: iOS 7 is no longer supported. iOS 8 and iOS 9 fully supported.

• Sync To-do items directly with Exchange/Outlook calendar. • On completing a To-do, the user gets prompted to add notes for the completed To-Do and then creating a new To-do. • When creating a calendar item, the site address gets added as location on the calendar item. • New filtering options for To-do list. ‘Order by’, ’Order Type’ have been added to the filter. • After creating a new company, user will get prompted to add a new To-do. • New detail screen for each transaction has been added. • New option has been introduced as Rate Calculator where the user can look up an item in a selected branch and find out the rates for that item. User is able to calculate the charge depending on the customer's requirement. This calculated charge is saved as an enquiry for that company. • Voice recorder • Camera support • Some more enhancements and bug fixes.

Enquiry Form The enquiry form was designed specifically for sales reps on the go. Not only is it fast, but it’s easy to use. · Automatically tabs to the next field · Automatically populates general details for existing companies eliminating double entry of site, company and contact details. · Default date and time set but are changeable. General · Automatically detects app version - no need to include it in the Server URL · If your device and server versions don’t match i.e. you have installed version 3.5 on your device and the server is still on 3.4 you will be prompted of the discrepancy but can continue working on the 3.4 version. · Bug fixes
