Unacceptable update and nightmare pairing process

This app update completely erased the configuration of both beds, forcing me and my wife to redo the pairing from scratch. Any competent developer would ensure pairing data is preserved after an update — instead, this upgrade punished us with hours of frustration.The pairing process is shockingly bad. To reset, I had to crawl under the bed, unplug the power from a socket that is almost impossible to reach, wait 60 seconds, then blindly reconnect the plug. I had to repeat this ridiculous routine over and over. The app gave constant errors like “too many beds found,” even after disconnecting one bed. Only after endless trial and error did it finally work. And of course, I had to go through the entire nightmare again for my wife’s bed.For a so-called premium product, this is beyond unacceptable. Forcing users into physical contortions just to connect a bed to an app is absurd. The experience is clumsy, outdated, and incredibly user-hostile. This app desperately needs a complete redesign — both in how it handles updates and how pairing is implemented.
