Care Profiles Track comfort considerations, sensitivities, boundaries, communication preferences, and safety support notes. Keep meaningful life updates and conversation history in one place. Care carries forward from session to session. Project Context (Optional, Per Client) Create projects within a client to track individual tattoos or ongoing work. Store placement notes, size scale, themes, pricing (deposit + total), and project stages. Organize reference images and progress photos into structured galleries per project. Notes & Templates Save reusable aftercare instructions, booking language, FAQs, or commonly used messages. Categorize, pin, and copy notes instantly for consistent, thoughtful communication. Calendar Awareness (Not Scheduling) Connect external calendars like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Calendly to view upcoming appointments in a unified dashboard.
