They deserved 1star

I am giving them 1 star just for one reason. I live in italy, so i decided to watch priyotoma in bioscope, when i couldnt find it in the app, I bought the standard plan for 1month for 3euros and its fine. But after purchasing the plan appears the priyotoma movie but when I tried to watch it a message was written “This Content is not available in your territory”. So which type of policy is this? I bought your premium plan and now i cant whatch the movies i want to watch. I also tried to watch Mission extreme but same story, I couldn’t.
