So much disappointed

You guys started the 499tk pack for 40gb. I have used it twice. But today after my recharge i saw that you guys canceled the offer and made it 20gb. In this pandemic situation this isn’t fair. Now i have to buy another pack with the same money but half of the internet package. Why?
