Very well made except for some features. For example categories. Some categories are not recognised as such and therefore the app doesn’t recognise them and doesn’t block the content. Apart from this even without premium it helps you stay focused and determined to get those changes in your life whether it’s less socials, less screen time, less doomscrolling or whatever the issue is. It’s also worth noting that you always have the power to change, so keep doing your best.
