HOW IT WORKS Each party enters their real cost structure — manufacturers input COGS, overhead, and desired margins; retailers input MSRP, marketing, distribution, and processing costs. The pricing engine analyzes both sides and recommends a wholesale price where both parties profit equally. SOLO MODE CALCULATORS Run standalone pricing scenarios before entering a deal. Manufacturers can model their cost-per-unit economics. Retailers can explore what wholesale prices work within their margin targets. No partner needed — just your numbers. DEAL ROOMS Create a private deal room and invite your counterpart with a unique code. Both sides submit their inputs independently. Once both sides are in, the engine calculates the optimal wholesale price and presents it with a full economic breakdown. NEGOTIATION & COUNTER-OFFERS Don't agree with the engine's recommendation? Submit counter-offers with notes. Accept, counter, or negotiate until both parties agree. The entire offer history is preserved. DEAL ECONOMICS CHART An interactive sliding chart shows how profit shifts between manufacturer and retailer at every possible wholesale price.
