Designed by a pharmacy technician, ChartNotes is all the information you need to help your pharmacy provide accurate vaccination and prescription services. Much more is planned for this app, including encrypted cloud backups so that you never lose your information and the ability to share your information with you doctor or pharmacy if you choose so that they can notify you of issues related to you specific needs. This app will always be free to you and completely under you control. Information is never shared unless you request it to be shared.
