CheckProof consists of both an app and a web platform and is used for checklists and case reporting. This tool is suitable for all businesses that have any type of object or facility asset to control or document.
With CheckProof, it’s easy to check and report what happens in production and also to get an overview wherever you are. You ensure quality, environment, maintenance, health and safety requirements with a mobile solution that combines the latest technology with a user-friendly interface.

CUSTOMIZED CHECKLISTS
Build your own checklists with a smooth "drag n drop" interface. Choose from a wide range of questions and tasks such as signing, entering different values and mandatory “take picture”- function. Use intervals such as weekly or monthly checks or set regular intervals such as Mondays and Tuesdays at 09:00 CET. The intervals can also be connected to a meter stand, for example that a lubrication rounding should be performed every 100 hours.
DEVIATION HANDLING
Add photos, comments, deadline, tag other users as well as add documents and downtime etc. Designate a user or a group as responsible for a deviation. Responsible users are notified via push note in their phone and the deviation is added to "My cases".
NOTIFICATIONS
Don't miss anything. Get notified when a deviation is created, or a check is performed.
OFFLINE MODE
Perform your work in offline mode and sync your data when Internet connection resumes.
PAUSE CHECKS
Resume an initial check at a later date or have a colleague take over.
FLUID REPORTING
Report intake of liquids such as fuel, lubricant, etc. Attach liquid types to specific objects. Get statistics and history quickly available as well as export to Excel.
PERMISSIONS
Set unique user permissions.
EXTERNAL API
Through our external API, you can connect to third party systems.
