Worst app

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I’ve had this app for about 3 months and I’ve never been able to use it. Everytime I try to log in it just says error please try again later. I have only been able to log in once or twice. When I first downloaded it I thought maybe it was just a temporary problem at that time. Even the bank attendant that spoke with me at the time and helped with opening my bank account said it was probably a network error and I had to log in on the computer to finish my registration, but it’s been over 3 months and I have the same problem every time. I always eventually have to go log in directly on the website using my laptop. So what’s the point of a phone app? And it’s definitely not my log in details or password because it doesn’t say anything like invalid username name and password, and the moment I go directly on the website to log in with the same credentials I never have a problem. I came here to check the reviews to see if others have complained but I see there is only one review which is a 5 star, probably put there by CIBC themselves. Then I’m wondering, how does a bank app which I suppose has thousands of customers have any single review??? I’m wondering if this is the official cibc or app or a fraudulent one.
