Cipherscale is a cloud-delivered multi-tenant service that authenticates, applies security and access policies, and coordinates secure connections between devices needing access and the cipherscale Gateways providing access to authorized services. The data travels end-to-end and is encrypted between the devices and your deployed Gateways.
How does this app work?
NOTE: Only use this app if you have received an invitation email, been instructed by your IT department, or have signed up for the cipherscale service. To use this app, you must know the name of your company’s cipherscale space.
1. Launch the app and tap the Sign In button. Enter your cipherscale space name and authenticate.
2. The app will now establish a secure control channel with the cipherscale service.
3. The cipherscale service will carry out various checks and, based on the access policies configured by the Administrator of the cipherscale space, request the device to set up one or more secure VPN tunnels to one or more of your company’s cipherscale gateways.
4. You will now get access to your authorized private resources, SaaS applications, and internet security.
