Quit what holds you back. Build what moves you forward.
Emberful counts every day you stay away from a bad habit and every day you show up for a good one. Meet Ember, a friendly flame who grows with your streak and coaches you along the way.
QUIT HABITS
Count days smoke-free, alcohol-free, sugar-free, or anything you want to stop
See the money you've saved, live, down to the second
Craving SOS: a breathing guide, a 5-minute ride-it-out timer and a chat with Ember when an urge hits
Slipped? The comeback coach helps you understand what happened and gives you a plan for next time, without guilt
BUILD HABITS
Running, walking, sleeping on time, reading, meditation, water, workouts, or your own custom habit
One tap to check in each day
• Streak freezes you earn by showing up, so one missed day doesn't erase your progress
MEET EMBER, YOUR AI COACH
Personal daily messages about your streaks and savings
A trigger journal that spots what sets off your cravings: stress, coffee, friends, time of day
Describe a habit in your own words and Ember sets it up for you
Smart reminders written by Ember, sent when you usually check in
Runs privately on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. Your habits are never sent to a server. AI features need a device that supports Apple Intelligence; everything else works on any supported iPhone.
WATCH YOUR FLAME EVOLVE
Your flame changes as your streak grows, from a sleepy ember to a spark, a fire, a blaze with sunglasses and, at 100 days, a legendary blue inferno. Milestones are celebrated along the way.
