Character Qualities are a series of soft skills that you will be able to develop and improve on through continued use of the Entelechy app. Entelechy has 54 exclusive Character Qualities for you to work on, from Adaptable, to Confident, to Humorous. Throughout your journey, you will earn XP by creating, personalising and working on your very own Action Plans to help you develop your Character Qualities. Alternatively, pick from hundreds of more templated Entelechy Action Plans, which you can tailor to suit you.

Continuously reflect on your progress and be assessed by an Entelechy Mentor when you earn 100 XP against your Character Qualities. As well as receiving personalised feedback from your Entelechy Mentor, you will also be able to request feedback from colleagues, friends and family on your progress and truly see how far you’ve come via our 360 review process. Get insights about your strengths, growth opportunities and how you can become even better.
You’ll be able to create a Signature to complement your CV and LinkedIn profile, which will display all your character strengths, endorsements and show how committed you are to self improvement. Your 360 will dynamically shape your Signature to showcase your best qualities to recruiters and employers.
Entelechy brings personal and professional development together and rewards your progress with accredited CPD points: the official standard for professional development that is recognised by recruiters, employers and professional organisations. You’ll be able to download a CPD report to demonstrate your hard work to your employer or a recruiter.

Subscription pricing and terms:
Entelechy offers a 14-day free trial period. Once the trial period has ended, Entelechy offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at £14.99/month or an auto-renewing yearly subscription at £119.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to the Entelechy app while you maintain an active subscription.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renew settings by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
