FISIO™ delivers easy-to-understand golf training sessions you can do anywhere, anytime in about 10 minutes a day with just a club and a mirror. Simply open the FISIO app, press play and follow along.

FISIO’s training sessions guide you through the fundamentals used by all great ball strikers, and show you the individual micro-movements of each fundamental. Then, FISIO guides you through easy 10-minute training sessions with carefully designed drills of those micro-movements. By doing the fisio drills correctly, you’ll systematically ingrain the fundamental moves of a great swing in your muscle memory. So when you’re on the course, there’s no need to overthink your swing mechanics – instead, just trust your muscle memory and enjoy your round.

This is important: FISIO’s training sessions are designed to ensure that you are doing the individual drills correctly - which is key to making real improvement. Not sure you’re doing a drill correctly? No problem. Just send in a quick video. FISIO-certified trainers will review your reps and make sure you’re on track.
