FitTrace Sync provides insights about your DEXA body composition measurements. Understand what your body composition is telling you about health, fitness, and athletic performance. Use the AI Assistant for recommendations based on your DEXA measurement.
Your scans are electronically transferred to you via FitTrace with participating DEXA facilities. Ask your facility if they work with FitTrace.
You may also manually input your DEXA scan data, from the DEXA printouts. Manually entereing a scan is an in-app purchase.
Nicely formatted and easy to understand reports are included. Print reports directly from your iPhone.
Upload your DEXA data to Apple Health. The following DEXA variables are available: weight, body fat percent, lean mass, and BMI. Note that FitTrace Sync uses your DEXA total mass for weight and to calculate BMI. Also, Apple Health's definition of lean body mass is considered fat free mass to FitTrace.
For subscribers, you may:
- Ask the AI Assistant for recommendations.
- Share your scans with others, such as trainers, nutritionists, physicains.
- Access shared scans and add notes to scans.
- Track over two hundred DEXA-related variables.
- Compare your DEXA scans with athletes in over a dozen sports.
