Flock offers a shared mobility-as-a-service solution for the workplace
We are quietly redefining the way organisations move by offering more intensive use of fleet vehicles when travelling to, around or from the workplace.
We do this by offering multiple sharing options within a single platform which allows vehicles to be used for a variety of purposes throughout the day.
The platform is offered as part of a complete solution which also includes electric vehicles, professional drivers, insurance, charging infrastructure and licensing. It offers a range of possible sharing options including a door-to-door commute service, shared guest service, demand responsive shuttle and self-drive hire bookings.
The door-to-door commute service helps improves employee access to the workplace and reduces the number of single occupancy vehicles on the road along with associated emissions. This service dynamically matches employees based on the time they would like to travel and their home postcode to create efficient journeys that fully utilise the capacity of the fleet vehicles.
Outside of the commuting hours, the same vehicles (and drivers) are re-purposed for alternative services to maximise the total amount of time the vehicles are used and generate a better return on investment in terms of vehicle cost and carbon footprint.
These alternative services include solo or shared guest transfer services, demand responsive shuttle services, and self-drive hire bookings where employees can schedule the vehicles to drive themselves to or from business meetings.
All of these services can be accessed via a single, self-service mobile application or administrator dashboard.
