GET ORGANIZED and manage your responsibilities with a minimalist and realistic approach.
HELPS YOU FOCUS on work and learning.
Use the FLOW of the RULE OF THREE:
(1) Set three goals
(2) Focus on action - achieve your goals
(3) Review your day
As simple as this. As powerful as this. Keep it simple, then it works.
No statistics. NO gamification. NO distractions.
HOW TO START A FOCUS ROUTINE
- You may start with just one goal per day. Keep it up for a few days before you change anything.
REVIEW YOUR DAY
- Use the review and gratitude routine at the end of the day. It’s optional. But it may be the most rewarding part :)
This is a trial version. Test all the features for two days and then decide if you’d like to upgrade to the PRO option for the full experience.
PRO-FEATURES:
- Identify 3 GOALS and implement them throughout the day.
- Customize individual TIMERS for your goals. You may change your focus time, break duration and number of repeats.
- REFLECT your day with questions you can choose from. You can also create your own questions and make it a small HABIT TRACKER.
- The results of your timer sessions automatically visualize your SUCCESS.
Data stays on your device, works offline.
