It is supportive and informational, never a screening test or a score. - Red-flag reminders, always free: the signs that mean you should reach out, each with plain-language seek-care guidance and emergency routing. - The Six-Week Visit Summary: a clear, free PDF of what you logged and what is worth raising, ready to share with your provider. - The full 12-week recovery timeline with Pro: your healing against typical postpartum bands, with your mood trend overlaid. - A maternal feeding and pumping log with Pro that is about you, not the baby: latch pain, engorgement, nipple healing, supply, and your own pump output. FourthTri does not track baby intake, diapers, or baby sleep. - An Apple Watch app for a one-tap mood and quick logging from your wrist, a watch-face complication, and a Home and Lock Screen widget with your recovery day and phase. - One gentle daily reminder to check in, if you want it. Never pushy. - A gentler-wording option, with less focus on the baby, for anyone whose recovery is tender. - Private by design: your log lives on your device and in your personal iCloud, synced across your devices, with an optional Face ID lock.
