GeoReturn is a precision GPS compass that guides you back to any saved spot. Whether you are returning to a photography location, finding your parked car, or navigating to exact coordinates, GeoReturn points the way with aviation-grade accuracy.
Mark Your Location: Save your current GPS position with one tap. The app automatically reverse geocodes to show you the street address and saves it to your waypoint history.
Import from Photos: Select any geotagged photo from your library. GeoReturn extracts the GPS coordinates and creates a waypoint so you can return to that exact spot later.
ADF-Style Navigation: A rotating compass rose shows your heading with a fixed arrow pointing toward your destination. Watch the bearing and distance update in real time as you move. The interface is inspired by aviation ADF instruments for intuitive directional guidance.
Waypoint History: All saved locations are stored with thumbnails, addresses, coordinates, and timestamps. Swipe to delete or tap any entry to navigate back to it.
Settings You Control: Choose your GPS format, compass type (true or magnetic north), distance units, date and time format, and preferred navigation app for driving directions.
GeoReturn works offline once locations are saved. No account required. Your privacy is respected.

Improved layout and readability throughout the app. Waypoint cards now have a cleaner, more polished appearance with consistent spacing and a light background that keeps text easy to read in both light and dark mode.
Navigation buttons stay fixed at the top of the waypoint list so they are always within reach while you scroll. The compass view has also been adjusted so the heading indicator is never obscured by the waypoint card.
