Fixes and issue with the DMF striper study onboarding process.

Adds a "state caught" field that is automatically populated, based on the GPS location of your catch. Only applies to Atlantic and Gulf coastal states at this time. Provides a solution to an issue some iPhone users have experienced that prevented their catch log from appearing at the bottom of the dashboard.

SATELLITE MAPS: We’ve implemented hybrid satellite maps so that you can see key geographical features related to your catches. You can now see if you caught your fish along a channel edge, a flat, or off a rip line. ADVANCED CATCH EDITING AND “AFTER THE CATCH” LOGGING: We’ve added the ability to edit not only the species and length of catches, but the time, date and location. When you do this, GotOne automatically updates environmental data (wind speed and direction, moon phase, tide stage, water temperature). This allows you not only to fine tune log entries, but to log catches at a later date, while ensuring that the correct data is logged with your catch. Bugs fixes related to tide recordings: fixed an inaccuracy in the reported tide stage for catches.

OFFLINE CATCH LOGGING! Many of you asked us to add the ability to log your catches when out of cell range, so we’ve added this feature. Catches can now be logged even without a connection. They will be synced and added to your log, with the correct environmental information, once your connection is restored.
