"The Application" is the Family General Trading mobile application that allows Family General Trading customers to purchase household products and have them delivered to their homes. The application provides smooth and smart marketing services for all household needs and e-sales services to the public, by downloading an application on the user's mobile phone. This electronic platform enables licensed entities to display their licensed products and services in addition to providing advertising content through it. The user or "you" means any natural person in Egypt, whether Egyptian or foreign, who is not less than 18 years old and downloads the application on his mobile phone and completes the process of registering his data and entering his name, email, mobile phone number and all required data and obtaining a text message via his mobile phone confirming the process of registering him properly in the application and expressly agrees to these terms. You agree to update and modify the above registration data if necessary from time to time in accordance with the Family General Trading policy. Products: Any products sold by Family General Trading to the customer in accordance with the laws and “regulations” in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt through the application.
Personal products and perishable products:
The products referred to in Articles 13 and 26 of the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Law issued by Resolution No. 882 of 2019, in which it is not permissible to request withdrawal from the contract without reasons within 14 days from the date of receipt, for example, but not limited to:
1- Goods whose characteristics or method of packaging and wrapping prevent their replacement or return or it is impossible to return them to their natural state at the time of contracting.
2- Books, newspapers, magazines, information programs and the like.
3- Underwear and wedding dresses if their packaging has been removed.
4- All cosmetics and supplies.
5- Jewelry and the like.
6- Video tapes, CDs, CDs, software or printed materials that the consumer has removed their cover.
"Electronic invoice" means the electronic invoice issued by Family General Trading through the application to the customer and includes the date, customer name, type, price and number of products sold and their price and includes the tax registration number and commercial register of Family General Trading.
