GrindXP turns your workouts into an RPG adventure. Earn XP from every exercise, level up, unlock avatars and titles, and compete on global leaderboards. TRACK ANY WORKOUT Log cardio (walking, running, sprinting), strength training (weights, compound lifts), and calisthenics (pushups, pullups, handstands). Track duration, intensity, sets, reps, and weight. EARN XP & LEVEL UP Gain XP based on your effort. Duration, intensity, and exercise type all count. Get bonus XP for streaks and workout variety. Progress through 100 levels with milestone rewards. NUTRITION TRACKING Scan barcodes to log food, auto-calculate macros based on your BMR/TDEE, plan meals, and earn daily XP bonuses for hitting your calorie and protein targets. UNLOCK REWARDS Earn avatars, titles, achievements, and features as you level up. Unlock custom routines at Level 5 and advanced stats at Level 12. STEP COUNTER Auto-track your daily steps and calories burned throughout the day. GLOBAL LEADERBOARD Compete with others and climb the rankings based on your total XP. PROGRESS PHOTOS Capture timeline snapshots at milestone levels and compare your transformation over time.
