Main Effects (Lvl 1–90): Bonuses slightly reduced so they don't overshadow Rooms early on, but they still offer a higher return on investment than spending those same credits on a Room! (Lvl 91+): Untouched. Sub-Effects & DM: Common/Rare/Epics sub-effects are tuned down. Legendary/Mythic/Ancestral rarities remain completely unchanged.
