Ho perso mezz’ora! Ti fanno fare tutta la trafila, ti devi registrare, caricare il file, aspettare che lo converta e altri mille step, promettendo un piano di prova gratuito ma alla fine, quando è il momento di ricevere la trascrizione vogliono il numero della tua carta di credito. In più, disiscriversi dalla loro mailing list è un casino.Al limite della truffa. Il tempo è danaro e loro ve ne fanno perdere un sacco.

Su Notta Web, gli utenti possono usufruire di una prova gratuita di 3 o 7 giorni, che permette la trascrizione senza costi, anche se vengono richiesti i dati di pagamento. È possibile annullare la prova in qualsiasi momento prima della scadenza per evitare addebiti.Per quanto riguarda le difficoltà nell'annullare l'iscrizione alle nostre email, ci piacerebbe capire meglio il problema per poter migliorare il servizio.
